Interview
Applied online. Received an email to have a one way interview, where their question would pop up and you would need to answer it while it’s recording.
I feel like the interview process that is done through Spark Hire, does not benefit companies. You cannot get to know someone by the questions that were asked.
I would strongly recommend having phone interviews prior to the spark interview.
Describe a time when you had little to no knowledge regarding a potential risk exposure. What actions did you take to ensure the clients needs where addressed.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ReSource Pro
Interview
I applied online and did an online assessment test. I then had zoom interviews that seemed to go well. I had worked with Resource Pro in China in my past and I was asked to provide any references from China which of course was not possible since we weren’t true work colleagues from the same company. I have over 10 years of experience in insurance and I was well qualified. I suspect age discrimination as to why I didn’t get an offer as I’m over 40. It’s ok, I’d rather not work for a Chinese company anyways. I think people who work in insurance should also be licensed.
