Interview
First is just a self introduction that last for just for about 5min. They check the fluency and confidence. If u clear it then they will send a mail to attend second round which consists of online test , which emphasize on English grammar and typing. Then u also have some task related to the actual work you will do daily. For that initially a 1hr video training will be provided.
If you clear this round then next is 10 days training and after that they will select the candidates

three round interview. apply from internet and send my cv to the HR. get interview invitation and go to the office to the test. The test includes type speed and accuracy. if past this then will go to next round. HR will ask some questions , if past then the team leader will interview.
