Long process but worth attending , quality is important is what candidate is required to achieve.
Overall experience was good. Growth wise its comparatively good. Background questions on achievements and previous work experience.

In quality first they will check for the minimal error because it is insurance based company

The first round of the interview is Aptitude test and the second round will be procedure writing assessment where you will be given training for 2 hours and after that you need to prepare or type the document in your own words by using the notes that they've provided during the training session.
