Interview
There will be 4-5 round of interview. No face to face interview. But it will all based on assessment.
1st Round- Easiest Round all related to apptitute test.
2nd round- Assessment, they will give you case to work upon, will show you the demo as well and you have to givw the assessment without making any/ less than 2 error ( Elimination Round).
3rd Round- Writing a Procedure.
4th Round- There will be 8 days assessment, they will explain you what all you have to do, Trainers are very helpful everytimw you have doubt can ask them. Only parameter you will get selected is "Giving Quality". RSP focuses on only Quality Work.
5th Round- Assessment in which they will check your basic English and your understanding capability.

The first round of the interview is Aptitude test and the second round will be procedure writing assessment where you will be given training for 2 hours and after that you need to prepare or type the document in your own words by using the notes that they've provided during the training session.
