Trust me guys..this is the worst interview I have ever attended. I have wasted almost a month for this stupid interview. They interview process is the worst and also it doesn't have a quality. They take almost 30 people to the final round and even for very small space error they are going to reject you even at the end of the training without any mercy. They don't have any consideration to the time we are investing. Daily from 8.30 am onwards till 5.30 pm we are investing our time in this stupid training even without getting selected. In a way it's better not to get job at this company.

First round- very easy one
2nd - writing round ( moderate difficulty, but the whole training for writing round is a nightmare)
3rd - quality assessment ( utter waste of time. I really don't understand with what measure are they using to understand the quality of an employee. Just nonsense)

2nd round procedure writing.
3rd round assessment.
It was quite easy if you understand the concept of it and know how to manage time.

I want to tell the company that if I want to learn the process in 3 days HRs and company policy great your doing good searching for a rapid quick learner. Long interview process one week and learn complete process find something that you can do either than learning process guys especially freshers.
