They said there would be easy questions you can do it I went but it was hard and difficult but I didn't give and gave my best they didn't inform that you have to score minimum marks then only you will be qualified I wasn't aware about this.

Aptitude test and logical reasoning ,abstract sloving .which is not required for associate job I feel. More over they have one week of assessment process for selection .

In quality first they will check for the minimal error because it is insurance based company

The first round of the interview is Aptitude test and the second round will be procedure writing assessment where you will be given training for 2 hours and after that you need to prepare or type the document in your own words by using the notes that they've provided during the training session.
