The interview process was extensive since I would be working with children. They asked many questions about background history and also heavily vetted morality. I applied online initially and shortly afterwards (one day) I received my first call to set up the interview. I was told to have documents (specified) prepared and what to expect so I was able to prepare myself. The interview was very casual and laid back.
