Terrible candidate experience - dragged on for months and after the final interview I was told that I would "hear next week" over and over again.
The interviews themselves were fine. One huge red flag was in my first interview I was told Real Chemistry "isn't for everyone".
From what I have heard, I would avoid like the plague.

Really positive, straight forward, efficient process. From start to finish the communication was good, there was a good pace, not too much waiting around which is a huge positive! One of the best processes I've experienced.
