Interview
I interviewed as a medical writer for a smaller agency that eventually got acquired by Real Chemistry. For new starting medical writers you first interview with someone in HR, then you go on to the next step of doing a sample project where you create a few slides in a slide deck where they provide a prompt. I think this is to help them gauge how familiar you are with translating data into a presentation. Then, if you "pass" that, you meet with a panel of medical directors and they asked background-specific questions based on your resume and working style and how you would handle a stressful situation or fast paced environment
