Utterly bizarre interview approach. Starts with 'tell us what brings you here today ', and somehow got more vague from there. A lot of meandering, one of the interviewers was clearly working on something else and not even looking at the camera. She did stop to ask about what therapy areas I've worked in, so i guess it was nice to have confirmation that she hadn't even looked at the first page of my CV. There was no depth, no discussion of approaches and typical challenges on the job, and I tried different ways of asking what the remit of the job looks like, but couldn't get a clear answer. Unimpressive.
