Interview
My experience was three rounds of interviews & a two question survey before offer. I think at least two rounds were with a panel. HR was readily available for questions/follow up throughout the process. In my experience, the conversations were real and authentic and the timing was very fast (which I appreciated.) So far, what was described, in terms of company culture & KPI’s, has been true & accurate.
