I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Real Chemistry (New York, NY) in Apr 2017
Interview
Two phone interviews (same day) with members of different teams. Interviews were fairly brief and questions not excessively unique or difficult. Discussed previous work experience, major, career interests, and "why w2o?"
I had three rounds of interview for one role and then one for another role, the experience was good and communication was consistent. Overall a pretty good experience. Everything was online. I eventually got an offer and accepted it.
Great! Smooth interview and a very professional process. Some behavioral questions and previous project/work experiences were asked in relation to the position. Not many technical questions but good to know some foundational processes.
I had two rounds interview, and the Hr and interviewer are being very professional and helpful in explaining the position requirement. The whole process took around a month to receive the final decision, and assessments test might be required to complete.
