I interviewed for the position of Project Manager and met with a Project Manager initially which was very relaxed. I was asked to come back to met her Manager which was again a nice relaxed conversation. I was then asked to interview for an Account Manager role instead as they thought it would be better suited to me. For this interview there were 2 parts each with 2 persons interviewing ( total of 4 interviewers ). I was then asked to come for another interview with the head of account management who wanted to offer me a more junior position. I tried to negotiate and was then told they had found someone with more experience. All in all it was a wild goose chase and I am not entirely sure they know what they want. They were aware of what my experience was so could of done without three trips to then be told I had a lack of experience. The company ethos is great and seems like a great place to work . The building is very cool and all the people I met with were very nice.
