Interview
The interview process at W2O Group was very refreshing and authentic. I was able to meet with a wide variety of people from different offices and discuss many different opportunities at the company to craft an assignment for myself that truly excited me. They paired me with a good mix of people who had been at the company for a long time as well as newer people, and I was able to meet with many people of different levels and companies within W2O to give me a holistic view of the company. Senior leadership followed up with me directly to see how the process was going. The process felt very personal, like they were looking to add a member of a family vs. a member of a team.
