This process moved quickly. I had a chance to speak to HR and three team members. Everyone was very polite and easy to talk to. Come prepared with questions as interview was generally pretty open-ended.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience
Why are you interested in working at W2O
Recently had an interview with the woman in charge of entry level hiring and it was the most disturbing experience. For the first half of the interview she went on about how easy her job is and how she barely has to work. Eventually she asked me about myself and my experience. After which she went on a 5/10-minute rant about how the company doesn't need me and she doesn't really care if I get the job or not because she gets paid either way. It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience for me, and there was a racist undertone to the whole conversation. Turned me off to the whole company, and if this is what the HR team is like I'd hate to meet everyone else.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Real Chemistry (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
From first interview to job offer it was about 1 month. Another month until hire date.
Good interview process, transparency about work/life balance. I was also able to be honest about my lack of experience in some areas.
