1) Initial screening call with recruiter after contacting me on LinkedIn 2) 30 mins call with hiring manger and then 2 members from the team. Hiring manager then contacted me the week later to say a decision would be made by the end of the week and then I heard nothing. I chased recruiter and still no response Really disappointing that recruiters are doing this to candidates and shows the unprofessionalism of the business
