Give an example of when a project didn't go well and how you fixed it.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Real Chemistry (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2016
Interview
Typical interview process, standard situational questions. Started with a phone screen, followed by 3 phone interviews and 2 in-person interviews. Most of the people I spoke with seemed smart and had great backgrounds.
HOWEVER, after several interviews I was given a verbal offer. It took two week for them to pull together the written offer. Two days after receiving the written offer I received a phone call telling me they "accidentally" extended the offer, they had not yet sorted out needs and were contacting me as a "professional courtesy" (this phrase was repeated multiple times). Mistakes are made and I understand that but for a communications agency this situation mismanaged.
