Easy, but a lot of focus was placed on the Barista role rather than the HR role which I thought was weird. Overall, an easy interview, but toxic workplace and run far from it.

One round and it was virtual. They are looking for food service experience, interest in HR, and growth within the company. Just do your research and be enthusiastic. Be yourself and stay calm.
