Interview
I was contacted through LinkedIn by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was set within a few days of first contact. It took about 15-20 minutes and was mostly made up of questions on my customer service experience. An in-person interview was scheduled roughly a week later. The in-person interview was with the recruiter, the department supervisor, and the IT manager. Questions were mostly focused on my technical background and didn't feel overly stressful. I was contacted about a week and a half later with a job offer.
