I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Real Hospitality Group (New York, NY)
Interview
Went through interview process with them twice for 2 different General Manager positions. Ghosted me both times after the final round. I sent follow up emails, after 2nd time I got a delayed response (2 weeks) saying they would follow up with me and then never heard from them again. Political opinions were made during the interview process and very condescending.

Personal political opinions were made. Not really a question but made things uncomfortable. Very much a boys club where they walked in and out of the conference room interrupting the interview.
