Interview
A 30-minute phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a 30-minute phone interview with the person who would be your manager. Then an in-person interview with multiple people at RealSelf's Pioneer Square headquarters. I would say the recruiting team at RealSelf is very good. The process was all very organized and they even give candidates a little goodie bag during the in-person interview. The recruiter informed me of their decision within a 1-2 day period (and let me know when to expect to hear from them) which was much appreciated.
