After a very involved recruitment process, was ghosted for 2 weeks, then suddenly received an automated email of rejection. Personal opinion: If a candidate finished the 3 final interviews (which was stressful in my experience. I cried afterwards.), best you could give for a rejection is a personalized email, not one from a robot.
