I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Realtor.com
Interview
1. Written Exam - They said they were really impressed.
2. Interview with Hiring Manager - Mostly behavioral questions - at least 5. I thought I was well-prepared. But some questions caught me off-guard.
3. Three 30-minute back-to-back interviews with 2 potential colleagues and the VP - each person asked at least 3 behavioral questions - one person made fun of the hiring manager. Really uncomfortable, but I thought "I won't be possibly working directly with that racist employee anyway. The Hiring Manager seemed great." I got too shaken with the experience.
4. After a very involved recruitment process, was ghosted for 2 weeks, then suddenly received an automated email of rejection.
Personal opinion: If a candidate finished the 3 final interviews (which was stressful in my experience. I cried afterwards.), best you could give for a rejection is a personalized email, not one from a robot.
