Great interview process. Very well managed. There were two aptitude tests. Training was very thorough. If you are qualified for the position and you present well, chances are you will get a second interview quite easily with management. Know your stuff. During the first aptitude test, it happens in a group setting. If you are unclear about something, don't wait until it's too late to ask questions! Ask the test administrator right away! There was one person in our group test that was asking us for clarity while we were writing the test.
