I had a good interview on the phone so manager asked me to come in for an in person interview. I came in to talk to 4 other people. I had a great conversation with everyone and the manager said he really like me and he wanted me to join the team. During the interview the manager said they just went through a re-organization of the team. 2 days later I emailed the manager for updates and no response for like a week. I emailed the HR coordinator and no response for a week. A week later the HR director emailed me and said they are no longer hiring for the position because they had another re-organization of the team. Having 2 re-organizations within 2 months is a sign of uncertainty and lack of leadership. Also lack of respect for employees and candidates times. There are good competitions in what they are doing, and therefore with lack of leadership, I am not sure how they could compete. To candidates: do your research and read all reviews on any company on Glassdoor before you committed time for them.
