I applied online. I interviewed at Realtor.com (Scottsdale, AZ)
Interview
I had an initial phone interview scheduled for 30 minutes. When the Interviewer called me, she was cold, impersonal, degrading and got off the phone as quickly as she called. I have never been so offended at having to defend my employment history. She belittled me and interrogated me as if I were in a lineup. I did hours of research on this company to ensure I would have the best possible interview. I am so disappointed, angry, hurt and upset after having to go through 13 measly minutes of defending my life. Unprofessional and cruel. I wouldn't recommend this joke to my worst enemy. Do not accept an interview with this company, especially with their phone Interviewer. She obviously hates her job and everyone she has to interview. It's ashame....I was looking so forward to this opportunity and she ruined it for me in 13 minutes. What a loss for Realtor.com. I would've made a great asset.
