The interview was very easy. The initial interview was through the phone and then in person. During the in-person interview, they asked normal questions and ask you to take basic computer skills test (copy and paste, etc.).

Question 1
What was a time when you messed up and how did you fix it?
Very straight forward process. Had an initial phone screening and then an onsite interview the week afterward. I had a positive experience sharing my experiences and was hired shortly after that day.
Interview process was pretty easy, no tough questions! Felt like a conversation and my recruiter was super nice. Communicated with me quickly after which I appreciated. One of the easier interviews I've done if I'm being honest.
The interview process was great from start to finish. Phone screening first. Then in person followed by a chance to shadow a csr work. Great group of people and managers.
