Smooth and informative process. All done virtually due to COVID, handled very well and enjoyed the process. Read a script and was shows their process of calls to their clients. Very knowledgeable staff who help answer any questions about the process or company with ease.

Question 1
How my skills would allow me to succeed in the customer service industry
Very straight forward process. Had an initial phone screening and then an onsite interview the week afterward. I had a positive experience sharing my experiences and was hired shortly after that day.
Interview process was pretty easy, no tough questions! Felt like a conversation and my recruiter was super nice. Communicated with me quickly after which I appreciated. One of the easier interviews I've done if I'm being honest.
The interview process was great from start to finish. Phone screening first. Then in person followed by a chance to shadow a csr work. Great group of people and managers.
