Interview
3 rounds of interviews and a very long writing task. The writing task consists of pitching stories, data mining, writing a story with quotes, and making a graphic. Then they took a month or so to get back to me and offered me a freelance position instead of the full-time one we’ve been talking about.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Realtor.com in Jul 2024
Interview
Realtor.com HR lead reached out to me via LinkedIn and I shared I was interested in the role. I then had three Zoom interviews: one with the HR person and two with members of the teams I was told I'd be working with. After that, I've heard nothing and it's been weeks. I reached out a week later and was told I'd hear back, but still no dice. Seems to be a recurring theme in interview experiences with Realtor.com. I'm leaving a review now because I see they have finally posted the job publicly. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth that I went through three meetings and I wasn't deserving of a simple follow-up. Like others, I wouldn't want to take this role because companies that operate this way are not for me.
