I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Realtor.com (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Got an email for a video call a few months after applying. The video call asked very basic logistical as well as experience with different programming languages. The recruiter was nice and answered all my questions about the role with enthusiasm. A day later another another recruiter reached out to schedule the second round with a senior and principal engineer. The 2nd round was with a company that was apart of the realtor.com network in Chicago. The interview itself wasn't really technical (no leetcode or anything), but questions about my academic project experience and behavioral questions around teamwork. Lasted around 30-40 minutes. Haven't heard anything back after a few weeks so most likely didn't get the job.
2 rounds 1 phone screen with recruiter another with two hiring managers including technical and behavioral questions Recruiter round was mostly about company and expectations Technical round was more on projects and a leetcode medium question
