The interview process for Realty One Group started with a 15 min phone screen, which was rushed because the recruiter forgot to send out the calendar invite which had the conference line, so I assumed he was going to call me, which is the standard for most other recruiters. They admonished me for their own mistake and then rushed the rest of the interview. Surprisingly, I got called back for a 30-min onsite interview. The onsite went okay as the team barraged me with a slew of HTML/CSS/JS/React type questions. However, I never heard back from them and after more then a month or so, I assume I did not get the part. It's always nice when interviewers notify the interviewee when they have moved on so they are not stuck waiting in anticipation.
