Recruiter was great, very helpful. Then moved to first round. The interview was set up for half an hour but the interviewer was late by almost half an hour (I messaged the interview coordinator if time has changed, then the interviewer emails me and asks for my number which was clearly on my resume and recruiter's invite). Thankfully I was free for another 30 minutes to continue the call but seemed unprofessional to call in extremely late and not even check on my schedule. Left a bad impression especially for a company where all interactions are remote/online. Interview seemed much more tactical (do you know this, have you used this tool) rather than getting to know your background, which is fine if that is what the HM prefers but thought it was a bit unusual for my type of roles.
