      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Recharge Payments

      Interview

The interview process initially was nice. The recruiter was very kind. Overall I thought the interview went great and I was told that they'd like me to move forward, someone would be contacting me to set up the next interview (which never happened). I was also asked to go through mock emails to provide a reply for each as I would in the role, I spent quite a lot of time and energy on the assessment. Finally, after not hearing back for nearly a week. I sent an additional follow-up email, to which I got the "we decided to go in another direction" reply. It would have been much more respectful of my time and energy to have had more upfront and honest communication.
