I applied online and received an email from the recruiter very quickly. I had a 45 minute phone call with them. They walked through the company's success, funding, goals, and overall structure of employees. They said there is 1 manager and 2 other designers on the product design team at the time. Their roles are generalist UX and UI roles. The following week I was notified via email that I didn't make it to the next round. The rest of the interview process would have been: call with hiring manager, then virtual onsite with the 2 other designers, and final call with head of product.
