I applied online. I interviewed at Recharge Payments (Lehi, UT)
Interview
I went through only the first interview stage. The recruiter and Sales Engineering Manager I was interviewed by were both very kind. Straightfoward questions - no trick questions. Great process and feedback was provided when I did not progress to the next stages.
First round with the recruiter
Next round of phone interview with the Director
Final round with the VP of Operations
It was more of a behavioral interview testing the communication and also how well you can handle stressful situations
