I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Reckitt (Parsippany, NJ) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview process took about one month. I was contacted by a recruiter regarding an ABM role open on one of the brands. After our initial call the recruiter set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The call lasted about 45 minutes and I walked the hiring manager through my resume and role at my current job. The call went well and then I was scheduled for in-person interview about 4 weeks later. It was about a half-day of interviews. I met with 5 different people. The questions asked were mainly behavioral and about my marketing experience. Everyone was very friendly and gave honest & thorough feedback on the expectations of the role and the culture at RB.

Question 1
Tell me about a marketing campaign/brand that you like and explain why?
not bad. there are multiple people you’ll interview with but the process isn’t hard. just be yourself. know behavioral answers and technical answers about you and your previous jobs. good luck!
group case, individual case, individual interview one day of interview - receive case materials the night before the interview. received interview invite 5 days before, received offer 3 weeks later
Challenging but fair interview process. Be prepared for both behavioral and case-based interview questions. The more rational and methodical you can be with your answers the better. Be prepared to have them try to throw you off by constantly probing on a story or challenge your answers.
