In the first round, there was about a one-hour HR interview. At first, I found it hard to believe that an HR round could last that long, but as the interview went on, I realized the interviewer was carefully taking notes throughout the conversation, especially as they listened to various episodes and responses. It gave me the impression that they were thoroughly assessing whether the candidate would be a good cultural fit for the company.
