I had a week to complete a coding challenge. The first part involved writing a server. The specifications were not very clear IMO, not sure if that was purposeful. 2nd part of the challenge was a coding puzzle.

They sent a fun puzzle with a programming assignment to complete within a week. It was charming and fun. Their email bot claims to grant jobs, provided you succeed in the challenge. The employees were friendly and kind, and understanding when I asked questions.
