Interview
I applied online through a simple resume/cover letter application. Several weeks later, I was notified via email that I'd gotten an interview. The first "interview" was not a face to face interview but rather a series of online prompts that you could think about for 30 seconds before having two minutes to respond to the question to your webcam. A few weeks after this "interview", I spoke to a recruiter on the phone about moving to a different department from the one I applied for. Eventually I opted to leave the process in favor of a different job, but Red Bull recruiters were super friendly and helpful throughout the process.
