It was a bizarre experience. The recruiter talked at me for an hour giving me WAY too much context. I appreciate context around the team make up and the why behind the role, but I don't need to know all the names of the people on the team at the initial stage. I left the call feeling drained. I never heard back from them which is funny because I spoke maybe 3% of the call.
