I filled out an online application, and then they asked me to do a video interview with pre-recorded questions. I had 30 seconds to think of my answers before I recorded. I got a response back saying that they would like to do a skype interview, and I replied to the email saying that I would like to set up a time. They responded a month later saying that the position had been filled.
