First an Online submission, resume and cover letter, etc. I then received a personality test that took over an hour to complete. After that I received online video interviews where I had to record my own answers but not face to face.

i applied on linkedin and did an ehire interview and then one with the manager. didn’t receive an offer and later on saw the opening again on linkedin so dont really know if they found someone

they asked me basic interview questions, why i want to work at redbull, why they should choose me, what does redbull gives you wings mean to you... they also asked what my favourite post on red bull Canada's instagram account is, which really stumped me haha
