I spoke with a recruiter and it was the worst phone interview I've ever had. He was condescending throughout the call, talked the entire time, and when I finally had a chance to ask questions at the end, he cut me off and sounded irritated. He also said I would hear from him the following week, whether they wanted to move forward or not. I never heard back from him. I've always wanted to work at Red Hat but after this experience I will not apply again.

The Interview process begins with a member of the Talent & Acquisition
Then followed by the Hiring Manger, once you get through to the next round, then this is a panel interview, which is made of 3/4 individual interviews.

Interview was for an intern position. Normal behavioral interview through video. Asked about things on the resume like experience and projects and STAR questions, how I could bring value to the company.
