I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Red Hat
Interview
Submitted my application on RedHat portal and was approached by the recruiter fairly quickly (1-2 days).
Initial recruiter call went well, and had an interview set up with the Hiring Manager the same week.
Interview was pleasant, and followed up with Recruiter as requested after the interview for feedback. I didn't hear back from them for a few weeks and sent a follow up (again, the feedback conversation was requested by the recruiter). They responded they were still waiting for feedback from the Manager.
Ultimately, 3 months have passed, no feedback was given, no additional follow up emails were sent to me, despite my follow up. Finally -- I received the same generic automated email that they have moved on with other candidacy and thanked me for submitting my resume.
