I had one interview with the in-house recruiter, one with several co-workers, and another with the two department heads. Then I was ghosted for two weeks. After I sent two emails, which were followed by another week of silence, the recruiter finally emailed me to let me know I hadn't been chosen for the role. Despite having advanced far in the process, her email was basically a form letter with no apologies or explanation for the lengthy lapse in communication, nor a reason I wasn't selected for the role. After three interviews and a two-hour-long editing test, this was really poor form on the recruiter's part.
