Very quick interview, the manager essentially just asked me my availability and briefly went over my past employment history. I was offered the job on the spot. In the interview, however, it was mentioned that I would be guaranteed to begin server training upon hire, which never came to fruition, but this location was going through a lot of new hires/ new management at the time, so that should be taken into consideration.
