It was very personal, professional, and effective. They asked a lot of why's in which is something that i appreciated. For instance why I think I deserved the position and why Red Robin. Answering those questions not only forced me to understand myself a little more but gave them a much deeper insight on whether or not I belonged there

Interview
Went to first interview pretty basic stuff questions were straight forward. Scheduled second interview with HR and they never reached out to me then when I asked them they replied saying position was filled! No problem with not getting the job problem is you don’t cancel an interview with no notice they fire employees for this and you are supposed to be the example be the example not the excuse l!

Quick. Guy was rude and interrupted me several times. He asked very basic questions, but cared more about staring at my chest instead of my eyes. Interviewer acted as if he had other things to do and I was wasting his time.
