so it was a two part interview. first you started off the interview with the assistant manager then the general manager they are both really nive people. the interview is formaland takes place right in the store. please dress in vusiness casual attire, give real answers not just what you think they want o hear. they really do value education at the company so if you let them know you are in school then that would only be a plus on your part.
The interview was a straightforward and easy process. They asked about my availability, transportation, and prior work experience. The interview went by quickly and felt more like a conversation. It seems like they check to see if you fit in well with the team.

Super easy going, was able to talk to them like a friend and barely asked hard questions. More like a conversation than an interview. Interviewer had a lot of calls during it but he wasn’t expecting me
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The interviewer spend most of the interview pulling up my application on her phone that I had to help her find. Asked me 2 questions then told me I’d get a call back the next day. It’s been two weeks. This is embarrassing for your entire team please fix yourself.
