Interview
I walked in the first time to get an application, and I was in my work clothes for my other job. I was a hostess, and applying to be a hostess at Red Robin because I was sick of my old job. The assistant manager talked to me, took my number, and the next day called me to come in and talk to the GM. I didn't even get interviewed like I thought I would. I just sat with him in the booth, and he told me how much I was going to get paid, and asked for my availability. No questions. Nothing.
The interview was a straightforward and easy process. They asked about my availability, transportation, and prior work experience. The interview went by quickly and felt more like a conversation. It seems like they check to see if you fit in well with the team.

Super easy going, was able to talk to them like a friend and barely asked hard questions. More like a conversation than an interview. Interviewer had a lot of calls during it but he wasn’t expecting me
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The interviewer spend most of the interview pulling up my application on her phone that I had to help her find. Asked me 2 questions then told me I’d get a call back the next day. It’s been two weeks. This is embarrassing for your entire team please fix yourself.
