I was sat down in near the back of the restaurant and greeted warmly. One of the assistant managers came to interview me but it was not who I was expecting based on the email I received prior to my application. The questions I was asked came from a predetermined booklet, I was told that everyone was asked the same questions though I know that this isn't necessarily true as my friend had a different interviewer and interview process.

It was nice, very smooth and the manager was kind. They made it easy for me despite my nervousness. I didn’t take the offer because the job itself didn’t feel right but it was an alright environment to say the least.
I interviewed with two different managers, both of them emphasize it being very competitive. Basically just asking for serving experience and if I am able to upsell guests other than that and the red flags I'd say it's easy with experience.
Two person interview, very chill, simple basic questions and I felt very comfortable with them talking and doing the interview with me. It was super easy to get an interview, they called me.
