15 minutes interview. Basic interview questions like “tell me about yourself” etc and the managers are very understanding and positive minded people. The manager didn’t ask for references or didn’t want to look at the resume, which many managers for part time jobs at food industries does.I got the job by the end of the interview.

How comfortable I am working with people in a fast paced environment.
Super easy going, was able to talk to them like a friend and barely asked hard questions. More like a conversation than an interview. Interviewer had a lot of calls during it but he wasn’t expecting me
My interview was a bit unique. I was interviewed three times, and the final one was by their manager, Christian. He was over an hour late, which I waited for. I never heard anything again from them after, which I found extremely rude after all that time I waited. It's clear they don't value their employee's time.
